I've been fascinated with this girl, as I gaze in her eyes I can see pain,refuge, and a strong personality that she will fight the hardship of life. As I dig about the story behind this pic I found out it was really, really amazing... This pic is known as the Afghan Girl and way back they don't know the identity of this girl.. check out Afghan Girl Story. The young girl name is Sharbat Gula and The original photo appeared on the June 1985 cover of National Geographic, shoot by Steve McCurry.
